Thank you for choosing Elephas Coffee! Our goal is to deliver the freshest coffee to you at peak flavor. Below, you’ll find our detailed shipping policy to ensure a smooth experience.

Processing Time

  • All coffee is roasted to order for maximum freshness.
  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (may take longer during holidays and peak seasons).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Shipping method is determined based on the order size to ensure safe and efficient delivery:

  • 1 x 12oz bag → Ships via USPS First Class Mail
  • 2-8 bags → Ships via USPS Priority Mail (Flat Rate or Regional)
  • 9+ bags → Ships via UPS Ground

Estimated Shipping Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 1-5 business days after processing, depending on location.
    • West Coast: 1-3 business days
    • East Coast & Rural Areas: 4-5+ business days
  • International: Shipping times vary significantly by destination.

🚫 Expedited shipping is not available – because we roast to order, rushing the process would compromise the coffee’s freshness and flavor.

International Shipping

  • We ship internationally via the best available method (typically USPS First Class International).
  • Important: International orders cannot be guaranteed for delivery and are non-refundable due to customs and carrier limitations.
  • International shipping can be costly and represents 1.4% of total business but 18% of total shipping issues—please order with these risks in mind.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Tracking & Order Updates

  • Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number.
  • Track your order through our website or the carrier’s platform.

Delivery Issues

  • Delayed or Lost Orders: Contact us if your order hasn’t arrived within 10 business days (U.S.) or 30 business days (International).
  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • Damaged Items: If your coffee arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos.

Holidays & Peak Seasons

  • During high-demand seasons, processing and shipping times may be longer than usual.
  • We recommend ordering early during holidays to avoid delays.
